Mr.Hegde not only sells honey, but put lots of innovative ways to produce more sub products based on honey. These are suited for the current generations. Mainly  Honey Kokam Juice, Honey Jam and Honey Ashwagandh Products. He established a society  And sells these products across INDIA and World. This shows his entrepreneur ship  skills  to enhance the value of the Honey and reaches more  markets.

Dr. Madhukeshwar Hegde also wide knowledge on variety of Ayurveda plants . He provides Medicine for various deceases. 

Most interestingly Mr. Hegde has a skill to be a BEE therapist ,gives treatment for various Pains of the body ,this includes Joint Pains, Allergies. BLOOD DISEASES..etc. 

Foreign nationals like Europeans, Americans, Nepalis, Bhutanese visits Dr. Madhukeshwar Hegde to take this his Apitherapy . Along with his all activities he  gives Training for interested Farmers who comes from various parts of the country.  As of  now he trained more than 1000 students and most farmer adopted his technique of BEE harvesting .
